I had a wonderful experience with a very modern and fancy room, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the historical Mannheimer Wasserturm just a 10-minute walk away and the lush Luisenpark which is only about a 30-minute stroll, making it very enjoyable to discover the city on foot. The staff was also incredibly friendly and the breakfast offered a great start to my day as a solo traveler.

well organized stay but room could use modern updates

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

It was a perfect match for a quick break in Mannheim with incredible value for money. The air conditioning in our cooler room was a lifesaver during the hot night. Check if a cooler room is available as soon as you arrive.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

The shower was amazing it felt like a waterfall washing away my worries. The staff was really good especially this one waitress named OxAnna she really cared about making sure we were happy.

It wasn’t cheap but for the quality well, I guess it was still acceptable.

We appreciated the friendly staff during our one-night stay. After a warm first room, they quickly moved us to a cozier space. The restaurant service, however, took a long while—plan ahead if you're hungry! Opt for the higher floors to avoid elevator waits.

Breakfast stood out with a great selection, and the fitness room was an added bonus after long hours on the road. Being close to the train station allowed easy access to local attractions.

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh breads and delicious pastries. The only downside was that the fitness center felt a bit small. Overall, we had a lovely stay! 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel, with its stylish furnishings and superb breakfast spread that included a variety of fresh options. The room was spacious and equipped with high-quality amenities like an electric kettle for tea and a top-notch hair dryer. The proximity to the train station made travel so convenient. A small improvement could be a wider selection on the menu for in-house dining.
